Paper Presentations: Topics are open. Each speaker is provided 30 mins. ; with a 20 min. presentation and a 10 min. discussion. (the list of presentations here)

My English classes: Each presentation is 60 mins., including video showing, explanation and discussion.

Discussions on two subjects

• What we can learn from 'Teaching Japanese as a foreign language'
• Foreign Language Education described in The Revised New National Course of Study: How we can include 'practical communication ability' in our classes.

Group-project presentations

• What we can do in the elementary school English education: Methods & Ideas
• To develop a system to make teacher-developed teaching materials available on the Internet

Symposium

To discuss the interaction of theory and practice in English instruction: Thinking about the ideal English-Teaching Research

Call for Papers

Attendance registration deadline is May 31, but you can attend without prior registration. (E-mail is available for this.)

Proposals are invited for a video presentation of your class (by April 29) or a paper presentation (by May 15).

All papers presented will be published in the conference proceedings. Please send us an abstract of your paper in 200 words or less on a half A-4 sheet. Sorry, please don't use e-mail for this.
